We have a 14-day returns policy. This means you must contact us, request a returns form, and return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
All returns will be examined and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days of receipt.
Although we package your items with care, in the unlikely event that they are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will refund your item(s) including cost of shipping if they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
How To Return An Item
To start a return, contact us and request a returns form including your original order number, email address and the reasons for return.
You will be required to print and fill out the returns form and label which includes the return address.
If your item(s) are damaged or defective, we will include the cost of your postage. However, if you no longer want the item(s), you must cover the postage cost with your post office/courier.
Your returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
