The gentle formula contains:

2% Encapsulated Retinol Complex (0.2% Retinol) - Slow release, gentle retinol helps to smooth skin and even skin tone

1.5% Rainbow Algae Complex (0.15% Rainbow Algae extract) - Helps reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and even skin tone

2% Tranexamic Acid - Help reduce appearance of and onset of dark spots

4% Squalane - Hydrates the skin

The beautiful Rainbow Algae is like a chameleon of the sea, becoming iridescent in water and changing from blue to green to purple. Sourced in France, each stem is hand cut individually, ensuring all roots are left fully intact to regrow. 

Key Active Ingredients
+2% Encapsulated retinol: - 0.2% pure retinol is encapsulated in phospholipids, which allow the retinol to penetrate through several layers of the epidermis. Once the phospholipids penetrate the skin they breakdown to release the retinol making its mode of action much more effective. Delivered via this method, the retinol is clinically proven to gently increase cell turnover which in turn helps to maintain a healthy skin barrier function, helping reduce the uneven tone of blemish-scarred skin even on gentle skin using this low level, slow release retinol.

+1.5% Rainbow algae complex - In vivo studies show this concentration of Rainbow algae complex evens skin tone and provides a brighter complexion of blemish-scarred skin.

+2% Tranexamic acid - This ingredient is proven to work additively with actives like Retinol to supplement evening of skin tone and fading the appearance of acne scarring and hyperpigmentation.

Added benefits
+3.996% Triolein - Proven to deliver instant and long term moisturization. Triolein works in tandem with squalane and glycerine (below), to maintain the skin barrier, increase moisturization and reduce Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL).

+4% Squalane - Sustainably sourced from sugarcane, squalane is a go-to moisturizer and helps to keep skin supple and soft and helps maintain a healthy skin barrier function.

+3.75% Glycerine - One of the often-unsung heroes of skin care. Glycerine acts as a humectant holding onto moisture and reducing TEWL thus helping to maintain a healthy skin barrier function.

Suitability
Suited for acne-prone skin. Suitable for sensitive skin.

How To Use
Apply 4-5 drops in the evening after cleansing.

For best results, use daily. Formulated to be gentle but if new to retinol, you may want to start out using 2-3 times per week.

Do not use in the same routine as exfoliating products. Do not use around eyes.
